Mr. Shaw began his career in 2002 as a Commissioned Officer from the United States Military Academy (West Point) with a degree in System Engineering. Serving as the Battalions Operations Officer, Jason proved himself as a motivated and competent Infantry Captain. Jason also served his country as an Infantry Platoon Leader and later as a Mortar Platoon Leader during an overseas deployment to Iraq. In 2008 he resigned from the military and began working in commercial construction as a project manager, estimator, and in the operations office of his father’s business. In 2013, with the goal of providing clients with a more personalized building experience focused on craftsmanship and oversight, Jason started The Shaw Company LLC, which is now Central Pillar Group.
